Nashik Guest House

1. Check-in starts at 11:00 AM, and check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM. Any check-out after 10:30 AM will be subject to a convenience charge of ₹2,000 per hour (if the whole guesthouse is booked).
2. As per legal requirements, all guests aged above 4 years must present a valid government-issued photo ID with address. Only Aadhaar Card, Driving License, and Passport are accepted.
3. We exclusively host families and corporate groups; bachelor/stag parties are not allowed.
4. Please note, only married couples with proper documentation are permitted; unmarried couples are not allowed.
5. Female group bookings can be allowed if rooms are available, but only after verification and approval for safety reasons.
6. Only registered guests are allowed on the property; no outside visitors permitted.
7. The pool (if available) is unguarded and there is no lifeguard on site. Children using the pool must be supervised by an adult at all times.
8. Access to the kitchen (if available) is restricted and permitted only with prior approval at the property.
9. Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the property; guests are requested to use designated outdoor areas only.
10. Loud music and late-night partying are strictly prohibited.
11. All illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the property, including but not limited to the possession, use, or distribution of drugs, narcotics, firearms, or any kind of weapons. Management reserves full right to take necessary action and report any such incidents to the local authorities.
12. Any misconduct or violation of the stated House Rules may lead to the booking being declined. If the guests are already checked in, management reserves the right to terminate the stay and require the guests to leave the property immediately in case of violation.
13. Guests are advised to take full responsibility for their personal belongings. Management shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables or personal items.
14. Any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment will be charged at the full restoration or replacement cost.
15. We welcome up to two vaccinated pets. Pets are strictly not allowed on beds, sofas, or inside the swimming pool (if available). Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
16. Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required at the time of check-in and will be returned within 48 hours after a post-check-out inspection.

1. A full refund (excluding 5% cancellation charges) will be provided for cancellations made more than 21 days before check-in. A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 21 and 11 days before check-in, while no refund will be applicable for cancellations made less than 11 days before check-in.
2. A nominal 5% cancellation fee will be deducted when refunds are processed.
3. If a guest does not arrive by 10:00 PM on the check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a "No-Show" and cancelled with 0% refund.
4. No refunds or credits will be provided if a guest decides to check out early for any reason.
5. In case of government-mandated lockdowns or natural disasters in Nashik, we will provide a Credit Note instead of a cash refund, which can be used for rebooking. The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
6. Cancellations do not affect the security deposit; if a booking is cancelled, any pre-paid security deposit will be refunded 100% within 48 hours.
7. Cancellations and refunds are strictly not permitted during peak demand periods, including Holi (3rd–8th March 2026), Independence Day (15th August 2026), Ganesh Chaturthi (14th–23rd September), Diwali (5th–15th November 2026), Christmas & New Year (24th December–2nd January), and Kumbh Mela peak dates (as announced for the project).
8. If a last-minute cancellation happens due to unavoidable reasons, 85% of the booking amount will be refunded only if the dates are rebooked by another guest. If the dates are not rebooked, no refund will be given and it will be treated as a no-show.
9. If a guest has only made a partial/token payment, they are not entitled to any refund upon cancellation.
